Kappa Alpha Pi

About Us

Kappa Alpha Pi Law, Policy, and Government Gender Inclusive Professional Fraternity exists nationally to foster a gender-inclusive brotherhood for undergraduate students interested in law and government.

Our brotherhood is open to all undergraduate focuses of study. Chapters are devoted to developing students professionally and academically to be leaders in the world that follows graduation (Kappa Alpha Pi National Website).

Gamma Theta Chapter

The Gamma Theta Chapter of Kappa Alpha Pi was established at Virginia Tech in 2025, becoming the university’s second professional pre-law fraternity. The chapter was founded by Petra Muehlheuser, Kylie Ward, Claire Burducea, Maya Almeda, and Joey Arzaga. In the spring of 2026, Theta Gamma held its first official recruitment, welcoming 14 new members into the brotherhood.
