Ladies Night in the Weight Room is a chance for all female students, faculty and staff to experience the weight room in a comfortable, educational, and open setting. Female personal trainers will be available to answer any questions, guide you through workouts, and offer support. Learn about the benefits of weight lifting and how to love your body. Stop by anytime during this two-hour event. This event is free and open to the VT Community.

Enjoy an hour of flexibility and balance training in our free, men-only yoga class, led by men. Why should you do yoga? Yoga offers a whole body workout employing full support from the cardiovascular, skeletal, muscular, and endocrine systems. Using yoga as a form of active recovery can actually repair muscle fibers more quickly than other common forms, as the combination of stretching and relaxing muscles encourages blood flow to broken down muscle tissues. Yoga also increases flexibility, which leads to an increased range of motion, allowing you to increase power output due to greater muscle recruitment, and perform more efficient movements. So do your body some good and join us on March 22nd for Broga! The class will begin at 5:15, so be sure to arrive a few minutes early so that you can get your free tank and get settled!
