What is "Ask a Professional"?

It's a mini health fair where you will have the opportunity to chat with professionals in an informal and festive atmosphere about your eating attitudes, body image, healthy eating, and exercising. Giveaway, raffle prizes, and lots of great information are provided.

Some of the features include: gauge your eating screening, ask a professional trainer about healthy exercise, SHC heart info, watch your mouth- responding to fat talk, ask a nutrition counselor about healthy eating, women center support, and much more!
