This is a two-part workshop series that helps women challenge personal body-related concerns, talk more positively about their bodies, and respond to future pressures to achieve the thin ideal. The BPWS is personally enriching, and participants can use the experience gained to help create a healthy, body-positive environment for sisters, daughters, friends, colleagues, and all women.

Paricipants attend, two-hour sessions. Part 1 is on Monday, March 27 from 4-6pm. Part 2 is on April 3 from 4-6pm. The workshop setting is welcoming, encouraging, and friendly. You MUST register online to attend. Due to the very limited space in the workshop, please do not register if you cannot complete both sessions.
